Head of Omnium Resolve’s Claims department, Operations Director Philip has extensive global experience working for some of the biggest firms in the industry, having held various commercial positions with contractors and consultants in Ireland, Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

Philip’s expertise has given him exposure to a wide range of construction projects in a diverse array of sectors including infrastructure, education, horticulture, leisure, commercial, skyscrapers, and oil and gas.

Highly motivated, ambitious and with a personable approach that builds excellent client and stakeholder relationships, Philip is based at Omnium Resolve’s Dubai office and is experienced in a wide range of UK and international contracts including International Federation of Consulting Engineers [FIDIC], Joint Contracts Tribunal [JCT] as well as various bespoke contracts.
