UK Director Phil has worked internationally for over 17 years, managing major high value and master developments including Dubai Silicon Oasis. In 2017, Phil was appointed by our Board of Directors as Omnium’s project lead on the Expo 2020 Sustainability and Mobility Exhibition Pavilions, developments of national significance and two of Omnium’s highest profile and most complex projects.

In late 2019, Phil returned to the UK and launched our London office, bringing with him extensive experience spanning a range of sectors as diverse as infrastructure, residential, hospitality, commercial, high rise, low rise, industrial and significant rail works. Throughout his career, Phil has provided cost management services to many high profile clients including Network Rail, Transport for London, London Underground and Emaar Properties.

Phil is currently working on a portfolio of high value residential refurbishments in London and Europe, applying a collaborative approach with our clients and project stakeholders to understand key project issues in order that Omnium delivers fully-tailored quantity surveying solutions.
