UK Director Phil has worked internationally for 20 years, managing major high value and master plan developments including Dubai Silicon Oasis. Having led Omnium’s teams on the Expo 2020 Sustainability and Mobility Exhibition Pavilions, developments of national significance for the UAE, Phil returned to the UK to launch our London office.

With extensive experience spanning sectors including infrastructure, residential, hospitality, commercial, high rise, low rise, industrial and significant rail works, Phil has delivered Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services to high profile clients including Network Rail, Transport for London, London Underground and Emaar Properties.

In particular, Phil and our UK team specialise in supporting the delivery of major decarbonisation and property refurbishment programmes, moving existing building stock forward for a more sustainable future.
