Phil has worked internationally for 20 years, managing major high value and master plan developments including Dubai Silicon Oasis. Having led Omnium’s teams on the nationally-significant Expo 2020 Sustainability and Mobility Exhibition Pavilions in the UAE, followed by establishing Omnium’s presence in London, UK, Phil is now leading the delivery of our services in Riyadh, supporting our extensive regional client base across many of the Kingdom’s pioneering giga projects.

With extensive experience spanning sectors including infrastructure, residential, hospitality, commercial, high rise, low rise, industrial and significant rail works, together with decarbonisation and property refurbishment projects, Phil has delivered Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services to high profile clients including Emaar Properties, Network Rail, Transport for London and London Underground.

From our Riyadh branch office, Operations Director Phil supports Saudi Arabia’s drive towards Vision 2030 by leading our teams on projects including Diriyah Gate and Qiddiya.
