With over 40 years’ experience in the Middle East, Europe and Asia working for consultants, developers, and local authorities; Peter specializes in complex mixed-use master plan developments; super tall buildings; airports; residential; leisure; commercial; luxury hospitality assets; railway infrastructure; roads; wet and dry utility services and marine works.

Peter has been based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2006 and manages our Saudi operations from our offices in Jeddah and Riyadh. Peter appreciates the tight project delivery requirements of our Clients in the Kingdom and provides a hands-on approach to our role throughout all stages of a project.

Peter has been involved with some prestigious developments working for notable clients such as Amaala Company, Rua Al Madinah Holdings, Emaar Middle East, Jeddah Economic City, Emaar Economic City, Alinma Althuraya Fund, AWJ Holdings and various strategic consultants.

During his time in Dubai, Peter led a team of quantity surveyors and claims specialist seconded to the Department of Civil Aviation for the Dubai Airport Phase 1 Development.

Peter also has project management experience during his time in the United Kingdom and Indonesia.
