With over 40 years’ experience in the Middle East, Europe and Asia working for consultants, developers, and local authorities, Peter’s diverse project portfolio comprises specialism in complex mixed-use master plan developments, super tall buildings, transportation infrastructure, residential, leisure, luxury hospitality assets, wet and dry utilities and marine works.

Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2006, Peter manages our Saudi operations from our offices in Jeddah and Riyadh, taking a hands-on approach that delivers prestigious developments for notable clients including Amaala Company, Rua Al Madinah Holdings, Emaar Middle East, Jeddah Economic City, Emaar Economic City, Alinma Althuraya Fund, AWJ Holdings, Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA), NEOM and Sports Boulevard Foundation (SBF), together with strategic consultants.

Also benefiting from Project Management experience gained in the United Kingdom and Indonesia, during his time in Dubai Peter led a team of quantity surveyors and claims specialists seconded to the Department of Civil Aviation for the Dubai Airport Phase 1 development.
