Based in London, Paul brings proven skills in contract formulation and administration tendering & cost estimation, quantity surveying and dispute resolution, with specific expertise in project cost planning for complex developments, pre-tender estimates, tender reports and analysis and payment valuations, in addition to final account negotiation and settlement.
