Trish joined Omnium’s Head Office team in March 2017 to lead our Human Resources operations. An MCIPD and Omnium International Director, Trish drives key HR initiatives, including implementation of performance management systems and developing HR planning tools. Trish also leads recruitment strategies, and is responsible for the induction of new employees to the business.

Having led the development of our new internal HR management portal, Trish has made significant changes to the way we manage HR at Omnium. She enjoys over 19 years’ comprehensive HR experience across a range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, engineering and construction on a global basis throughout the UK, Australia, several GCC states, Indonesia and Madagascar.
