With over 20 years’ experience gained internationally across the Middle East and Europe, Nicky is a skilled Commercial Manager and Dubai Branch Director, having worked on numerous projects including those spanning retail, residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare and infrastructure sectors.

Supervising Cost and Commercial Management teams on complex master plans, Nicky leads Omnium’s services for Sports Boulevard in Riyadh, one of the Kingdom’s most high-profile mega-projects, delivering strategic leadership whilst establishing strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

A Member of the RICS UAE Market Advisory Board and committed to thought leadership, Nicky champions learning within Omnium, taking a lead in the business’s training and mentoring initiatives and ensuring that our people remain at the forefront of the industry.
