Experienced Project Manager Matthew leads the delivery of Omnium’s Project Management services across multiple sectors, ranging from high-rise, luxurious hospitality projects to complex master plans, mixed-use developments, unique structures and heritage properties.

Having completed Harvard University’s Real Estate Investment Certificate, and an RICS-Chartered Project Management Surveyor, Matthew’s experience in client, consultant and contractor roles has given him a well-rounded perspective that supports effective management of complex development projects and an ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Notably, Matthew led our Project Management teams on the UAE Pavilion’s COP28 fit-out at Expo City in Dubai, and on the development of luxury residences at Abu Dhabi’s Sea La Vie, along with delivery of PM and Commercial services for giga-projects in KSA, heritage hospitality projects in the UK, and office, retail and leisure projects in the UAE.
