Mark’s early role within a UK local authority provided him with invaluable QS experience across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and housing. Moving overseas, Mark worked on numerous projects in New Zealand and the Cayman Islands, including Grand Cayman’s exceptional Kimpton Seafire Resort and Spa.

Retail sector specialist Mark joined Omnium in early 2005, handling major retail developments including the Dubai Mall, Dubai Mall Expansion and the Dubai Hills Mall, the latter featuring 750 retail and food and beverage units, together with leisure facilities. Outside Dubai, Mark has delivered the Marassi Galleria Mall in Bahrain.

Now heading the delivery of Omnium’s work for the Retail sector, alongside his Cost Consultancy expertise Mark also trains and supervises junior staff to further develop our services for this ever-evolving sector.
