Main Board Director Kieran oversees the operational execution of our pre and post-contract Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services on significant developments in the UAE and KSA.

Joining Omnium in 2008, Kieran brought with him experience in large retail, education and industrial projects, together with high rise commercial and residential projects in the UK.

Kieran leads teams on projects central to the UAE and KSA’s landscape, working closely with clients such as Emaar Properties, Dubai Holding, Nakheel, Sports Boulevard Foundation and ALDAR on major mixed use, commercial, hospitality and residential developments. Kieran is also responsible for the development and implementation of Omnium International’s core business processes, including standard documentation, commercial procedures and contract administration manuals.
