Kieran is our Project Director responsible for the delivery of pre and post contract services on the developments at Downtown Dubai, Emirates Hills and Expo 2020 UAE Pavilion. Joining Omnium in 2008, Kieran brought with him experience in large retail, education and industrial projects together with high rise commercial and residential projects from the UK.

He leads teams on projects central to Dubai’s landscape, working closely with clients such as Emaar Properties and specialising in high rise and super-high rise residential and hospitality developments, and masterplan developments. Kieran is also responsible for our core business process, including standard documentation, commercial procedures and contract administration manuals.
