Joe is based full-time on the AMAALA mega-project located on the northwestern coast of the Red Sea coastline in Saudi Arabia. Billed as the ‘Riviera of the Middle East’, AMAALA is an unprecedented development for the Kingdom and will afford unparalleled levels of luxury and wellness to the hospitality market in KSA, conserving and enhancing the region. Joe leads our team on-site and works alongside client AMAALA to deliver full Pre Contract QS services across the development.

Prior to his move to KSA, Joe was Omnium’s Project QS on Emaar’s landmark Dubai Creek Harbour development, managing the overall delivery and coordination of Cost Planning and Cost Control for the whole development through our Executive QS role. Throughout his career, Joe has supported significant infrastructure, roads, renewable energy, rail and drainage works in the UAE, Qatar, Sri Lanka and the UK.
