Joe is based full-time on the Rua al Madinah project in KSA, a mega mixed-used real estate development to be developed on a site comprising 1.35 million sqm, with a total built-up area of 3.53 million sqm and located in an area of utmost importance to the Muslim world.

Prior to his move to KSA, Joe was Omnium’s Project QS on Emaar’s landmark Dubai Creek Harbour development, managing the overall delivery and coordination of Cost Planning and Cost Control for the whole development through our Executive QS role.

Throughout his career, Joe has supported significant infrastructure, roads, renewable energy, rail and drainage works in the UAE, Qatar, Sri Lanka and the UK, now complementing his delivery of Cost Consultancy and Commercial Management on major master plan developments.
