In her previous role with major UAE developer Aldar, Hannah led strategic initiatives spanning talent management, employee engagement and organisational development to build a stronger and more engaged team that benefited from a people-focused culture.
Hannah is responsible for driving Omnium International’s staff engagement, welfare, and benefits initiatives, bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach underpinned by strong commercial and strategic HR expertise.
