Highly experienced and commercially-focused, Graham manages the delivery of Omnium’s Commercial Management and Cost Planning services to major giga projects in Saudi Arabia including Amaala, Diriyah Gate, Jeddah Tower and Al Ula.

Graham’s project portfolio, established over more than 30 years’ professional experience in New Zealand and across the GCC, spans numerous sectors from healthcare, retail and heritage, to large-scale master planned developments, super high rise buildings, and major infrastructure schemes, applying versatile skills and stakeholder management expertise to efficiently and accurately manage budgets, teams, and project processes.

Holding an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration, and building excellent collaborative relationships within complex project structures, Graham is a knowledgeable and pragmatic Operations Director with extensive Risk Management, Quality Management, and Claims and Dispute Management understanding that adds value across every project.
