Specialising in high-end and technically complex developments, Fernando has previously worked on the Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach Residences, and since 2014 has successfully led the delivery of Omnium’s services to Ithra Dubai’s iconic One Za’abeel, heading a multi-disciplinary team of 15.

Benefiting from commercial management experience, Fernando is a committed member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and is a strong advocate of early collaboration between the design team and the Cost Consultant in the successful execution of a project.
