Specialising in high-end and technically complex developments, Fernando worked on Dubai’s major Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach Residences developments before leading delivery of Omnium’s services to Ithra Dubai’s pioneering One Za’abeel, heading a multi-disciplinary team of 15 on this record-breaking, unique building.

Based in our Dubai office, Fernando manages our teams on numerous projects for major regional developer Nakheel. Fernando is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and his exceptional Commercial Management, Project Management and strategic skills are backed by excellent communication, and a personal and pragmatic approach that establishes strong relationships to drive projects forward.
