With particular expertise in super- and mega-tall structures, Elton has established a unique service delivery since joining Omnium in 2005, having led project teams in Downtown Dubai on residential and hotel tower developments including the 42 and 43-storey 29 Boulevard towers, and Sky View, featuring two towers at 61 and 56 storeys.

Specializing in complex, landmark and sustainable developments, Elton handled the delivery of Cost Consultancy services on the Sustainability and Mobility Pavilions at Expo 2020 and has advised on both of the region’s next mega-tall towers, the Jeddah Tower (formerly Kingdom Tower), and The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour.

Elton is our Project Director for Dubai Creek Harbour, managing the overall delivery and coordination of Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy for the whole development in an Executive QS role.
