With extensive experience gained internationally in the UAE, Saudi Arabian and Australian construction scenes across sectors ranging from retail and residential to commercial, mixed use, healthcare and education, David now leads our UK Cost Management services, serving projects worldwide from our UK base.

Joining Omnium in 2014, David was initially appointed to a site-based role on refurbishment and expansion projects at Dubai Mall, before moving to our Dubai branch to take a lead in Cost Management delivery from inception through to tender award. His portfolio includes high-profile projects including the Dubai Metro, Bani Yas Island and the ADNOC Head Office.

Notably, David is currently our Director on the Qiddiya Uptown development, managing Omnium’s Commercial Management services to this exciting leisure, sports and culture mega project in Saudi Arabia.
