With experience across Europe and the UAE in a range of sectors, David has been a core member of our management team for almost 30 years. Associate Director David benefits from particular expertise in residential villa and townhouse developments, and has worked alongside Emaar on its major new community developments, notably Dubai’s flagship Arabian Ranches phases 1 & 2 villa developments and the Mira townhouses project.

Having also led Omnium's services on the highly complex Mobility and Sustainability Pavilions for Expo 2020, David’s versatile skills are supported by his personable and efficient project management approach.

Throughout his career, David has provided specialist mediation and close out of contentious variations and dispute claims, proactively managing issues through to final account.
