With experience across Europe and the UAE in a range of sectors, David has been a core member of our management team for over 25 years and currently leads Omnium's services on the highly complex Mobility and Sustainability Pavilions at Expo 2020.

David enjoys particular expertise in residential villa and townhouse developments and has worked alongside Emaar Properties for over 10 years, notably on Dubai’s flagship Arabian Ranches phases 1 & 2 villa developments and the Mira townhouses project.

Throughout his career, David has provided specialist mediation and close out of contentious variations and dispute claims, proactively managing issues through to final account.
