Director of our dispute services arm Omnium Resolve, and overseeing our company-wide claims work, Daniel delivers a highly bespoke dispute resolution service providing expert claims avoidance and protection guidance to clients on some of the highest-profile developments in the Middle East.

A Member of RICS and the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators, Daniel has worked in Dubai since 2008, enjoying considerable experience throughout the Gulf and globally in contracts including [FIDIC], [JCT] and [NEC]. Daniel holds an English Law degree, a Masters in both Construction Law and Arbitration (Distinction) and Professional Legal Practice, and he has completed the Legal Practice Course.

Daniel’s construction, dispute resolution and legal expertise has supported clients and projects across sectors as diverse as aviation, transportation, infrastructure, healthcare, commercial and residential. Internally, Daniel provides best practice leadership for the Omnium Resolve team, continually striving to innovate and improve the way we work.
