With over 20 years’ industry experience in sectors encompassing healthcare, residential, hospitality and public sector government work, and following a 6-year appointment at Downtown Dubai, Charlie successfully led Omnium’s on site team at Dubai Hills Estate for over 7 years.

Working alongside clients and multiple regional stakeholders on over 80 packages, Charlie also managed the overall delivery and coordination of Cost Planning and Cost Control across the full master plan in our role as Executive QS. Following leadership of our Expo 2020 team on the Calatrava-designed UAE Pavilion, Charlie is now based at our London office where he leads delivery of our Quantity Surveying services in the UK and Europe.
