With over 24 years’ industry experience in healthcare, residential, hospitality and public sector projects, and following a 6-year appointment at Downtown Dubai and over 7 years as Executive QS for Dubai Hills Estate and leading Omnium’s teams across more than 80 packages of work, Charlie now heads up our Cost Consultancy services in the UK.

Based in London, Charlie works alongside government, education and residential sector clients as an experienced Cost Consultant, with particular expertise in the delivery of decarbonisation projects to transform existing building stock for a more sustainable future.

Regularly consulted on contractual issues, Charlie also supports clients with mediation and contentious variations and dispute claims, providing expertise and professional Commercial Management to achieve timely close out of final accounts.
