With experience gained throughout South Africa and the UAE across sectors including retail, industrial, hospitality, and residential villas and townhouses, Aslam joined Omnium in 2007 and has established particular expertise in high-rise residential developments.

During his career to date, Aslam has delivered exceptional Commercial Management services on multiple projects within Dubai, notably the Dubai Mall, the Burj Vista luxury residential development, and Atlantis The Royal. Aslam has also supported Dubai Holding on secondment, serving as the Commercial Management lead on the refurbishment of the Burj al Arab.

Aslam played a fundamental role in the successful delivery of DMCC’s Uptown Tower, leading a multidisciplinary team of Cost Consultants and Commercial Managers and working closely with DMCC to manage the full scope of pre and post contract services for this significant development which is now the world’s tallest office building.
