With experience gained throughout South Africa and the UAE in a range of sectors as diverse as retail, industrial, hotels, and residential villas and townhouses, Aslam joined Omnium in 2007 and has established particular expertise in high-rise residential developments.

During his career to date, Aslam has delivered exceptional commercial management services on multiple projects within Downtown Dubai, notably the Dubai Mall and the Burj Vista luxury residential development.

Currently project lead on Phase One of client DMCC’s Uptown Dubai development, Aslam leads our team of multidisciplinary Quantity Surveyors and works closely with DMCC to manage the full scope of Pre and Post Contract services for this significant development.
