Leading Omnium’s Infrastructure sector specialism, Ashley manages the overall delivery and coordination of Cost Planning and Cost Control for Dubai Hills Estate, heading a multidisciplinary QS team in the role of Executive QS across the whole development comprising infrastructure works and over 30 residential packages.

Prior to Dubai Hills Estate, Ashley led our QS team at Downtown Dubai for 12 years, supporting Emaar Properties in the delivery of infrastructure packages across the continually evolving and growing master plan which is now one of the most exclusive pieces of real estate in the world.

Ashley’s full pre and post contract experience gained over 32 years throughout the Middle East, Europe and North America, spans heavy industrial, leisure and commercial projects, including work on Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab.
