With significant experience gained in roles across the construction, oil and gas and chemicals industries, Armando benefits from strong technical understanding of the sector as well as an excellent track record in proposal and bid management.

Armando leads and coordinates the preparation of Omnium’s proposals for major projects with clients including Emaar Properties, Emaar Middle East, Ithra Dubai, Meraas, ALDAR Properties, Nakheel and Majid Al Futtaim, spanning work such as complex master planning, oil and gas, infrastructure, hospitality and residential schemes.

As well as new developments, Armando also works with our Omnium Resolve team, delivering dispute resolution and claims management proposals.
