Andrew has been the Omnium Group's legal counsel and Company Secretary since 1983 and a Director since 1990. He is a leading construction lawyer with international experience, delivering specialist construction and dispute resolution legal advice together with corporate governance and corporate administration expertise.

A practising Barrister, a Chartered Arbitrator and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Andrew is recommended as a leading lawyer in both the European Legal 500 and Chambers Legal directories. Andrew is currently serving as Chairman of the Cyprus Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of Legalink, a network of over 70 independent law firms.
