Trained and qualified in the UK, Alex joined Omnium’s Dubai team in 2015 and has since gained considerable experience across notable projects including Downtown Dubai’s Zabeel Expansion, Yas Island NOYA villas in Abu Dhabi and, most recently, Expo 2020 Pavilions.

Alex specialises in complex, mixed-use developments and infrastructure projects, delivering Cost Management services and Contract Administration to large developer clients who trust and respect his pragmatic, collaborative approach.

Ably supporting all project stakeholders and his team throughout every stage of a project, Alex provides guidance and commercial expertise to initial contractor appointments, time-critical mid-contract appointment changes and cost planning from inception to completion.
