Benefiting from over 20 years’ experience in the GCC’s construction industry, Adelina leads our Procurement services and Tendering and Contract department, managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver a full suite of Contract Management services.

Working across sectors ranging from residential and hospitality to retail, commercial and infrastructure, Adelina focuses in particular on EOI, NDA and PQQ documentation, EPC Contract Conditions preparation, procurement, tender and advice that minimises project risk.

Throughout her career with Omnium, MRICS Adelina has held senior QS positions on significant developments, bringing experienced management, meticulous attention to detail and highly-regarded negotiation skills to projects including Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate and Diriyah Gate Development.
