Omnium’s strong Cost Planning team enjoys years’ of experience in the region, and has established reliable benchmarking systems that allow for efficient budget management on projects of any size.
Omnium’s extensive knowledge of both our clients and the Middle East development environment ensures that initial benchmarking continues to become ever-more accurate. We advise clients on feasibility, working with them and their appointed teams to develop a project which achieves the client’s goals to a manageable cost. Budget control is handled efficiently and sensitively by experienced quantity surveyors and Directors, with value engineering and value management skills employed that maximise returns for clients.
As projects move into development, detailed Cost Planning and procurement is supported by our specialist sector teams. Cost Consultancy and regular reporting throughout a project are handled by onsite teams supported by head office, each led by an experienced Director or Managing Quantity Surveyor to ensure consistency of personnel and service levels. To completion of Final Account and beyond into the life of the development, strong communication and proactive advice deliver excellent working partnerships that are built to last.
